Products & equine use
EquusRelief devices are sold for equine muscle care only. They are not veterinary medical devices and are not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment. You are responsible for following the quick-start guide and consulting a veterinarian when appropriate.
Orders & pricing
Prices are shown in USD at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit quantities. An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance until the order ships.
Shipping & risk of loss
Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier delivery. Shipping terms are described in our Shipping policy.
Returns
Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee is described in the Returns policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive the return.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EquusRelief is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, unless otherwise required by law.
